With CalHeat growing we need more members to become active in areas that they can support. We recognize that there are already very committed members in the club that already try to help the club with their initiatives. We hope that the committees will provide the necessary structure and that people who want to take a lead in a certain topic feel enabled to do so without the need of becoming a board member.<\/p>\n
